Hi guys I just wanted to see if anyone out there has any recipes for a Museli bar for a toddler. I got the baby ones topped with yoghurt from the baby isle at the supermarket and my 11 month old LOVES them. I would like to make them myself so if anyone has a recipe please pm me or leave a post! Thanks!!

These ones look yum and baby friendly for bubbas over 1 though, as they contain egg and honey..:yelclap:

Goodo, Charlee loves those baby ones too! I'll have to try that recipe Michelle, its looks nice (and Kenzie might eat them too if i'm lucky )!
Wonder how/if you can make a yoghurt topping at all to go on top of them?

yeah im with you Shazzbut. I wonder to make the yoguhurt topping too! someone out there must know!? The heinz ones are the ones my son LOVES ive looked on the back at the ingreedients its made of up of the heinz museli and apple cereal so maybe you could put that in the ingredients some how? just a thought. I agree that he loves them but he will send me broke if i keep buying them! lol
Eloise loves them too, I've been buying the Mother Nature ones, they seem to have way less sugar than the other brands. I might try out a few recipes....
Another idea to make them more appealing is to put melted carob on them, Eloise loves carob, it's *slightly* more healthy subsitiute for chocolate. It has less sugar and no caffeine

Thanks for that! I just made them last night and my ds2 loves them!! I think i should have stuck to the OJ though cause i thought i had everything then realised i only had apple and blackcurrent juice and it didn't thicken the mixture quite the way i wanted lol. But they still turned out great!!
