Inner West. Nanny share or mummy nanny?

Hi there,
I have a 3 year old son and I work from home in the inner west. I would love to have a nanny a couple of hours a week but I think my son would enjoy it more if there was another child here as well. So I am thinking of either a nanny share or a nanny who has a child of her own.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I haven't found anyone yet. And we have just had a preschool fail :(

findababysitter.com (http://findababysitter.com) has a number of parents that nanny and offer the service in their home or yours.

I always checked their experience and training and then interviewed to select the appropriate person.

I am sure you will have some luck using that service.
