Ok, so I had the Downs Test 2 weeks ago and had my blood taken etc. My GP likes to explain the results of scans in person, so I thought I would go in today seeing as my children had check-ups booked for today anyway. When I get there, my GP says that she has not been sent the results yet! What The?????? These results are normally forwarded to the GP within 48 hours and they have had 2 whole weeks!!! My GP went right off at the hospital where the scan was done and they said that they couldn't locate them and to come back in and do it again. My GP said that it is too late now for me to do a Downs test, she was ropable, as am I. She is investigating for me and insisting that she will find the scan for me. Can you believe it????? I mean as if you don't already stress about the results etc. GEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!:banghead:
