Hi Di I'm Jacinta I have a 7 month old boy Oliver, we live in Cooks hill Newcastle which isn't too far from Belmont. We are also kinda new to the area... well now that I think about it I've probably been here for about 10 months... Would love to meet up, don't know many people with little ones and Oli needs more friends :)

Hi Jacinta! Great to hear from you. We would love to meet up. What's your email address and i'll pass on phone numbers etc. I suppose i should give you some back ground info! Im 31, Evie was born in April 2011. I have lived in Australia for 5 years (im English) met my Hubby in the UK, and we moved out here in 2006.
We used to live in Warners Bay, pre bub, but had to move to the central coast whilse we were building our home in Belmont. I got isolated there, no family etc.. so with moving up to Lake Mac, I never joined a mothers group on the coast. Feeling like i need to get out and meet some yummy mummys and Evie definately needs more playmates. Looking forward to hearing from you. :wave:

My partner is British also hes from Burton on Trent, we have a house there and hope to move back in a couple of years... I'm 21 but feel much older lol, my partner Stu is 27 though. Our son was born last December. Stu has been out here a few years now, hes a senior civil engineer for balfour beatty. We met in Coffs harbour a couple of years ago and moved to newcastle just before Oliver was born as it meant that Stu wouldnt have to work away from home as much. So we dont have any family in Newcastle at all, only a few friends and work mates. I'm actually away in Kempsey at the moment visiting my family so I am using my phone, will drop you an email when I get home on Monday if thats ok, got no idea how to email on my phone lol... :)
