As you may already know, our BH Editor will be offline for a little while, away doing some indepth research for her role on Australia’s leading independent pregnancy and parenting website (ie she’s having a baby, going above and beyond the call of duty really … )
Anyway, while she is off, we are going to need someone to help out as guest editor on The Bub Hub.
Could this be you?
Are you a social networking guru? Do you know your tweets from your posts? Do you know how to engage an online community? And do you know what Google Plus is?
We are looking for a writer with a passion for online and the ability and drive to create an even bigger buzz on our site and in other social media.
You will need to keep an eye on trends and current hot topics in the world of pregnancy and parenting. You will need exceptional written English and experience at writing in an online environment with a knowledge of the specific requirements of writing with search engine optimisation in mind.
The role will involve engaging current viewers, attracting new visitors and encouraging current members to contribute across all sections of the site and social networking platforms.
The ideal candidate will be:
Brisbane-based and happy to have at least one day a week in our inner north Brisbane office(however we will still consider applications from non-Brisbanites).
Be prepared to work about 25 hours a week – very flexible hours (and very flexible what time of day you work, hours to suit you really) …
Be able to commit to about three months work starting in September
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
