House and Land

Hi all moving to the gold coast area next year and was wanting to build our own house does anyone know of any companies that do house and land or where there is land to buy more looking to the south end of Gold Coast.

havent looked really into it but if you are after land you will have more luck up the northern end. most of southern end is built on......i think? there is divine homes, id just google cause im not much help lol

thanks for your help I was looking up north butmy mum lives in kingscliff nsw and she will look after Kaleb so I don't have to put him in child care that's now why we are looking south maybe i'll have to settle with a house already built as yeah I can't find many.

hi dont know if your interested or even if there is any left but salt is rigght next to kingscliff (nsw) and they have blocks for sale thats all i know of though down south
