Hi Ladies
The Sydney and Central Coast VBAC Support group is now coming into our fourth month and with such great feedback and steadily growing interest, we have decided to continue.
We offer non-judgemental support, friendship and education for women and their families who:
* Have had a caesarean
* Are pregnant or not and looking towards their next birth following caesarean
* Are looking at birth options following caesarean
* Are healing from caesarean experience
* Who have had a VBAC and wish to support others on their journey
We run this group the second Wednesday of the month in Glenhaven (Hills District) and the last Wednesday of the month in Matcham (Central Coast). We have a monthly VBAC related topic and handouts where appropriate; this coming month is "Inspiring VBAC Birth Stories" as requested by some of our attendees (I have attached a brief of the coming months agenda below).
Little ones are very welcome and if you can manage to bring a plate to share for morning tea that is appreciated but not essential. You can find out more about us on facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...vbacgroup?ap=1 or feel free to PM me.
So if you feel that this may be a group that you (or someone you know) could benefit from, please dont hesitate to get in contact.
AGENDA
Aug - Inspiring VBAC Birth Stories
Sep - First 2 weeks with new baby (recovery from vaginal birth, coping with 2 or more children and practical tips for a smooth transition)
Oct - Chiropractic in pregnancy and birth (guest speaker)

Dec/Jan - Choosing your support team (medical and non-medical)
Feb - Positive repeat caesareans
Mar - VBAC birth plans
