heinz jars for lactose intolerant baby

if your son is lactose intolerant like mine who is on karicare de lact, just wondering which of the baby food jars can he eat and what he can't? I cook for him for when we're at home but find the jars useful if i'm gonna be out for a while. So which flavours do you buy and which ones do you stay clear from?

i dont buy that much commercial food for my lactose intolerant ds anymore coz there isnt much diary free or soy free for my ds :(
most say if on the labels if they are dairy free etc :)
only organics i have found have lots of dairy free and soy free food :) hope that helps.
