Mummies in Butler

Hi everyone, we were initially moving to Clarkson , but our rental property fell through and we moved a house in Butler. Been here a few weeks and only just getting internet organised. I had some great replies from mummies in Clarkson, thankyou. Sorry i have been unable to reply as we have had no internet. We are still getting organised from the move seven wks ago.

I have a one year old daughter and my son turning three on wed, i dont have a car yet so we are in Butler everyday, Just wondered if there were any mummies out there in the same area that would like to meet up for playdates, park or just a chat!!
Would be great to hear from use!

Hi Christine, I'm not in butler but I don't mind driving to driving My daughter is 4 1/2 months and my son turned 4 in March. How old are you? I'm 22 :) Happy Birthday to you Ds for tomorrow. Hopefully he gets some good weather!!

Thank you, i hope the weather starts getting warmer now, today was lovely. He has a full day planned for tomorrow.
Is your son at school yet?im still trying to get my head around the school system here, in uk Jacob would go to school nursery when he turns 3 for five afternoons, but does not go here until he turns 4.

Hi, yes my little one is in kindy. We live in sommerly so about 5 min drive or so to butler. Their names are Kurt & Aiva :) I'm planning my wedding so that keeps me busy, I'm also studying teaching. What do you do during the week? You must have your hands full ;) I can't even imagine Aiva being 1, I want her to stay small forever. Lol

Hi girls, my name is Natalie, I'm 27 and have a 1 yr old DD. Expecting #2 mid march 2011. I moved to Butler from sydney a few months ago and am still yet to join a playgroup mum's group etc. I would love to find some mums and bubs to catch up with etc. Please let me know if you would like to organise a park/coffee/chat!

I am def kept busy, but as soon as Esmee is walking things will be alot easier.
We are out door people i get bored in the house, well unless i have a mummy to talk to we are always out at the parks or feeding the ducks.
We nearly moved to somerly what kindy is Kurt at?
We are free monday if yous fancy feeding the ducks/ park?

Hey Christine, I'm in The Dunes just off Reddington. Where are you guys? Monday is good for me. Well any day really. My partner works fifo so he's away 9 days and home for 5. So I really need to start finding mums and bubs!

Hi, Monday is good for me! My 4yo is in daycare on Mondays though so i will just have Aiva. Kurt goes to telethon speach and hearing in wembly, he has some hearing problems. ( he got a cochlear implant last Nov) :)

Esmee does not have any friends yet, will be great to meet some little ones.

We are on Marchwood in Butler nxt to where the new high school will be.Is Dunes just over the back of connelly, i think its close to ours

I go to a playgroup on a fri but other than that i am always about, we have met a few people since arriving but we dont see them regularly.

Sounds good to me. Dunes is off Connolly at Kahana. I'm sure we could do another day as well as monday. I was trying to join Butler PG but I called so many times, got told I'd be called back/emailed info and never got it so gave up. There's also not much point joining at the moment as we are in Sydney for most of August and again in September and don't want to pay fees for a whole term and only go twice. Lol

Thats a shame i was the same took ages to answer but they emailed info straight away, its the butler fri group i have started going to, they really nice, i can give you the girl that runs its details if you need them.

Would be great to do a park day etc this week. Fingers crossed the weather is nice to us. If it is rainy and yuck, I don't mind meeting at my place for coffee/chat and kids play date.

Hey Kim, I'm in Sydney at the momemt and won't be back for 2 weeks which is a bummer. But EJMummy (Christine) is there and I'm sure she's dying to get out of the house cos of the crappy weather.
