Regular cycles??

This has probably been posted already but i am just wondering if there is anything you can take to make your cycles more regular as i thought they were getting more regular but they have gone whoopy this month again i already take vitex and vit B6?

When we were trying for DD my cycles were 31 days but i hadnt been on the pill for a year before we started TTC DD i have been of the pill since Jan and my cycles are still all over the place:confused: I thought the pill would be out of my system by now

Are you tracking your Basal Body Temperature (BBT)?

Just wondering if you can rule out anovulatory cycles...

this is the third month i have been temping FF says i have o'd for all of those there is a link at the end of my signiture i think it shows the last 2 cycles. The first cycle i wasnt sure i did o as i never got anything near +ve on a OPK FF seemed to think i had only a 6day LP. So i have no idea what is going on

Certainly looks like you are Oing...

Im not sure myself if there is anything else you can do to regulate your cycles... I think some people just have odd cycles....

Hoefully someone may be able to offer some advice to you.

Thankyou anyway will just have to wait and see if they get better by themselves i guess its just annoying:)

you say that you already take vitex...what dosage do you take? and is it the liquid or caps?

what's really made a differance to my cycle's is the dosage and type of vitex I take and also that I continue to take it throughout the cycle - as it's supposed to be taken.

i take the natures own tablets i take 2 in the morning before brekky the bottle says they are 1000mg i take them for the whole of my cycle every day i dont think i have forgotten at all since i stated taking them this cycle will be my 3rd taking them i think what are you ment to take:confused: does this sound right?

I ate lots of green leafy foods, lost weight, and took herbal supplements. They had black cohosh and soy isoflavins in it. It was called New Phase, but I am from the US they may not have it where you are. But anything with Black Cohosh in it should not be taken in early pregnancy so you have to be careful and stop taking it after you ovulate. But, I would think taking Vitex would do even better then what I took because it has more in it. Maybe you should seek help from your Dr. if it don't happen soon.
