Faulty Pea Pods

I was very excited to find pea pods....they look the same as Fuzzi Bunz but are OZ and arrived withing days of ordering (thanks Janie) but I was sooooo sad to see that both of them were faulty! Has anyone had this before? One nappy the snap was broken and the other nappy the width of the tab was about a cm smaller than the other and the snap was on the very very edge.....I've emailed Janie so waiting for a response but wanted to know if anyone else had experienced faulty ones.....it just worries me to order anymore if this is a common thing....but much easier & quicker than ordering FB's from their website (not WW's)as I ordered a package on the 12th of this month and still havent got them???

have never bought a pea pod, but have had a couple of faulty nappies (WAHM made, not bulk made, and typically snap faults) and the WAHMs that sold them to me were fantastic about it and had me return them, they repaired or replaced them and covered the postage, and all was good again. I'm sure Janie or the Pea Pod manufacturers will help you out, as would any reasonable WAHM! Good on you for emailing them, I am sure WAHMs and retailers appreciate us contacting them before half the world thinks their nappies are cr*p simply because a couple were faulty!! ;)
