How did that get in there?

This morning I changed Ozzy's nappy from the one he was wearing all night to just a flat nappy whilst he ate breakfast (he can get really messy eating);) and anyway he finished his breakfast and started to do a poo, I thought great at least it is in the flat nappy easy to wash off of that nappy.

So he does the poo no problems and I go and change the nappy but as I am wiping his bum I notice there is a chunk of glass in his poo:eek: I don't know how that got in there at all. I don't know of anything broken recently that he could have picked it up off the ground from and ate it. He didn't have the nappy on long enough to pick it up off the ground and just shove it in his nappy this morning (he was sitting in his high chair the whole time).

So that makes me think something I fed to him had glass in it, do you think that is possible? Although when I wiped his bum there were no lacerations or anything.

OMG :eek: I would say he has definatly found it somewhere and put it in the nappy as I had a matchbox car in DS#2 nappy and i knew he didn't eat that.

There isn't really much you can do other than tape the nappy to his legs :laughing:

Seriously though was he cut??? If so is he ok now??

No he wasn't cut at all which is good! I just wonder how he could have found the glass cause I put the nappy on him put him straight into the highchair then he did a poo I took him out of the highchair so he wasn't even running around the house!:banghead:

Is it possible that it was a problem at the manufacturers end with the nappy???

Have you checked the rest of them cause yeah that is really strange

I used to find heaps of different things in the kids nappies:laughing:chips, bits of food I found a mopnopoly house in DDs:confused: no idea how that got there!!

good that he didnt get cut though is it big??
