I am having the worst time thinking of names for my DD2. I had a name set, then people found out and gave their 2 cents when I didnt ask for it and put me off the name.

Anyway I just wanted to get other people: who don't know me: to let me know what they thought.

I like:
Esme
Cadence
Caliopy (cal-i_o_pee)
Temperance
Eden
Addison
Ruby

Middle name is a choice between Michelle and Fay....
Any input would be great

Sorry just adding in this bit since people can overlook a lower comment by myself :D
I have been given a few names from the FOB and never thought to think of making a name this way.
He's suggested my dad's name backwards Elliven, or Evellin. My dad passed 3 weeks ago and FOB realises that both my previous kids hold my families names in their name some how. My DS has my dad's middle name and DD has my Nan's Name and my Pops Last name for middle name...
I am not really sure either name works but I like the idea of it though... Can anyone give me some feedback again please.

Ruby is nice. Esme and Eden are ok. Don't really like the rest sorry :) I think Calliope is spelt like that but you're bound to get people mispronouncing it however you spell it!

Cadence Esme was our girl name if #3 had of been a pink one so those two top my list :D

DD was meant to be Cadence, but like you people found out and put in there two cents and we didn't go with it which we still regret now (though we love her name lol) She also goes to school with a Caliopy though it is spely completely different and starts with a K lol.

I love Cadence and Temperance although I prefer Tempest (was on our short list).
Caliopy is honestly the worst name I've ever heard. Esme reminds me of the feral old sticky beak off a country practice and Eden, Addison and ruby are just too common for my liking.

If you want to give her a family name, I like the idea of Evellin (is it pronounced Ev-a-lin or Eve-lin?) in memory of your dad. You could call her Elli for short.

My second cousin recently named her new daughter after her grandfather who was named Neville. She named her Neve (Nee-v). I like it. :)
