Hi!!!
Well after being GFDF for around 18months we may well be about to endeavor on a 100% vegan raw food diet because of some un wanted test results with my sick DH, my brother has chrones and were just waiting on a specialist appointment for my DH but I read his test notes and I think he has colitis if thts the case I'm worried my girls will be faced with these issues later in life and I want to stop the process and start them young!
So are there any raw food families on the hub?? Any support would really make my day :-)
