Thats where the recipe is!
You need sesame oil aisian cabbage... it's all on the back of the noodle pack. You'll find it in the asian food section of the grocery store:thumbsup:

1/2 - 1 Chinese Cabbage (Wombok), shedded finely
6 Green Onions (Shallots), chopped 5mm lengths
100g lightly roastes slivered almonds or pinenuts (tastes better with almonds!!!)
1 pkt Chang's Fried Noodles (original or onion)

Dressing
1/4 C white vinegar
1/4 C castor sugar
1T Soy Sauce
2t sesame oil
1/2 C Olive oil

NB- A tip to keep all ingredients crunchy is to put dressing in a bottle/jar with secure lid and shake it well, and then let each person dress their own salad, otherwise it goes soggy as all hell and not as nice!

Directions

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a saucepan. Stir well over low heat until sugar is dissolved (NB - this isnt a neccessary step - i find its just as nice, if not nicer if u dont heat it -the vinegar is enough to dissolve the sugar with a good shake!!) then cool.

Toss the cabbage, onions, and almonds in a salad bow. Add dressing and mix well. Just before serving add the noodles and toss thoroughly.

The funniest thing is i sware i was "meant" to read ur post. Im actually sitting in front of my pc munching out on a pkt of these noodles lol:smiliedance:

thats funny hehe but gosh they are a nice snack..

and the tip about the dressing in a bottle is the best way as it does go very soggy.
