It's my 30th in a few weeks :celebrate::cheersdears:

I'm having a joint party with a friend. We're doing a loose "vintage" theme and i'm looking for any party supply companies either in melbourne or online that do *anything* that's not revoltingly tacky. And i'm not willing to spend a fortune either. What i want is some serviettes, paper plates and cups, maybe some bunting and/or other decorations and maybe some sort of lttle party favour type things.

I know it sounds silly, but Target has some nice party supply things ATM, but probably cost a lot to buy in bulk. Maybe you could buy a few napkins that are patterned and more expensive and match them with a plain complimentary colour that you can bulk buy from a party shop. What side of Melb are you on? Sparties/spotlight and Lombards are obvious choices. The lady who owns the little party shop near me seems to be able to source just about anything for me given enough time.

Sorry, I'm iPhone-lexic

Target doesn't sound silly at all, good idea. They often have fairly nice homewares similar to what I'm after so i will definitely check it out. There's a lombards near me, but their stuff is all kiddie or really tacky (you know those big 21st keys and flashing light up hens do costumes and stuff).

I've found a few DIY things online so i might try to make some stuff to.

oohhh i love party planning :blowout:
