Hi All
Just wanting to know peoples experience with Queensland Country Health Fund.
I am currently with NIB & pay $236/month for a mid range hospital & extras, whereas for $240/month I can get top cover with Queensland Country Health Fund.
I have looked at what they pay back on the extras that we use a lot & we would end up better off by a few dollars, but we would also have the top hospital cover.
I was all set to change but have just found out that DH can get our current NIB cover through corporate for $217/month. Now I have to work out if it is worth switching or saving a few dollars per month.
We are happy with our NIB cover & were only out of pocket the $500 excess for my last birth, but they have taken spinal fusion off the hospital & DH has a prolapsed disk in his back that may need surgery one day.
Any advice on Queensland Country Health Fund would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
