How far pregnant were you? Was it a dark line or a faint line and how long did it take to appear?

What kind of test did you use and what time of the day did you test?

Just curious to see what happened for the other May Mummas!

I tested the day a fter AF was due and got a line that was pretty strong but not as strong as the other line.
I can't remember the test name. I did it at 5am and nothing apperared in the first minute so I went back to bed and got a nice surprise when I woke up in the morning!:smiliedance:

I was 6 weeks to the day when we tested, tested in the afternoon and it came up RIGHT away as soon as the pee moved up the stick it was THERE :eek: And sooooo dark as dark as the control line!!

I used a pregnow test.

i used pregnow...don't know how far I was cos I only had my first AF August since having DD - so no idea how long my cycle would've been.
I had a very faint line, and it just got darker and darker each time. (I even did one this morning:o ) - it's just so reassuring to see a darker line, seeing as it's the only way I know I'm pregnant.:o

I tested at 12dpo and didnt see a line straight away- but that night there was the faintest of faint lines. Then at 13dpo I did a test with another faint line, but slightly darker than the first... I also got a blood test on 13dpo which came back as positive...

Oh and on 14dpo I did another HPT just because I wanted to see another line! LOL

I used a Fortel pregnancy test - I was 3 days late. Did the test at 6am whilst DH was at Gym. Had a faint line but a line nonetheless. Had a blood test 3hrs later and got the results that afternoon confirming. I did another test on Thursday and it was much darker. Will go back to Drs this week and get a referral for another blood test to see if levels have increased and also a referral for a scan for 7wks.

Hi, I did a test quite early (7dpo) and didn't see anything so threw it in the bin. Then about 2hrs later I fished it out and there was a line but it was so faint I had to get the torch out to see it! Did another test 1 or 2 days later and it was still faint but there. I have done three since! :o :D . I was sure of dates and have regular cycle so Dr has never done b/t... and I am not having scan for another 5 weeks! Waiting, waiting... waiting for evidence!! (apart from 5 HPTs!!).

I haven't had it confirmed yet had bt this morn, but i did a test 6 days late, yesterday (but i think i O'd late, so i think it really was 1 day before af was due ) iykwim and got a faint line but dark enought to see, that was a crystal clear test. I did another this morning with pregnosis and got a really really faint line had to pull the test apart to see it but it was there.

Well I tested this morning 4 days late (2nd pee of the day - I was trying to hold out till tomorrow morning but I just couldn't help myslef), I got a pretty faint line, but was still visible to me and bf!!!:smiliedance: Im very excited, but Im trying not to get my hopes up yet as this has happened once before, although I didn't get a positive untill much later on and then a week later had a really heavy bleed and lost pregnancy.
I wanted to know if this is normal, TMI AHEAD, Im getting a bit of discharge when I go to the loo and its sort of brown, sometimes pink & sometimes clear with red blood, but never a lot. Im freaking out cause I really want this one to stick...

Hi Lexy,

Dont worry about the discoloured discharge. For some women they get some implantation bleeding as well as some cramping. I had some brownish discharge for a couple of days and cramping for a couple of weeks and everything is fine.

Just take it easy...rest and relax and let you body do the cooking! Now is the time when you really need chill out as you body is going to be working really hard to make the baby. They say that the first 3 months (or first trimester) is the hardest on the body as thats when all the organs are being made. Thats why you you will feel so tired and maybe really hungry as well.

Congrats, I also had this discharge and spotting for almost a month! Has finally stopped now!
