stupid question about icing...

I made some chocolate icing-icing sugar cocoa and butter. its been in fridge for at least a week maybe more(keep meaning to use it) just wondering how long it woud last if i baked some cupcakes tonight could i still use it:confused: all the ingredients are still within use by dates.

:chef: I dont see why not, if it been in the fridge. I would still use it. Just heat it up before you put it on the cup cakes. In the micorwave or over a bowl of hot water.
