I was wondering if anyone had a lot of trouble waking up in the mornings? I used to be good, but know I get up and feel horrible for like 2 hours after I get up. Some days I just dont want to get up, and I feel angry that I have to. Silly I know. I wasnt like this before, and it worrys me as we are ttcing for our second. How am I going to cope then. Maybe I just need more sleep......Well Ive had my little vent about sleep and feeling c88py in the mornings. Thanks for listening.

i used to feel crappy when i woke up then my blood test revealed i needed to take vitamin b12,folate and iron. and i take vitamin c too :) now i dont feel so bad when i wake up.
maybe u should see if you are low in a vitamin?
I feel like this every morning. Getting out of bed is just so hard. I usually find that it gets better once Ive had a shower etc but i still feel like a zombie until about 10am
Mind you, DD is only 10 weeks old. She does sleep pretty well but isnt quite sleeping thru yet. I figure it is all just part of being a mum!

I was the same. I too would reccommend going for a blood test I had iron deficiency as well. I'm starting to feel better but it's only been a mth of taking the suppliments and apparently it take 3 mths for iron levels to get back up.

As the others have said, you could well need more iron to help transport oxygen around your body, helping you feel alert and refreshed. Also, Blackmores have a good slow-release vitamin B that really got me going again after I had DD. :thumbsup:
