when you see others with their single baby and are soooo jealous!!! So many other mums at school do the school pick-up with baby and toddler in tow, no problem. One single pram, one toddler walking and it's a breeze. Or if the toddler does race off, it's only one direction that they need to be chased. It's what we PLANNED, its what we expected. I knew i'd have a baby in DD1's first year at school and a toddler in her second. It wouldn't be so bad, I could handle it.:no: With a 4yo and TWO toddlers it's just not as easy. Might be different if DS1 wasn't the challenge that he is, but it's almost like have 3 x 2yo's some days, except he has the strength of a 10yo!! But all these mums carrying their baby in their arms, or one baby in a sling, a gorgeous and funky single pram, and I am either running about like a maniac or have the jumbo pram that you can see coming a mile off and it has ZERO style because it is purely about functionality.:no: :(

I LOVE my babies, although they are toddlers now, I should at least admit that! Some days I wish I had them separately, and NOT at the same time.:freakingout: :freakingout: :freakingout:

Oh God, I can totally empathise with you:hugs: Yesterday the nanny who Centrelink have sponsored for me because I had my coccyx removed, broke my foot and have the flu, decided to take a sick day. So I had to battle the double pram so I could make sure my preppie could make it into class on time. If I only had 1 baby I could've just put him on my hip and hobble into the school.

By the end of the day I felt like personally going around to the nanny's place and telling her that maybe if she actually was nice enough for a man to stay with her long enough for her to have 6 children herself, then she might appreciate how bloody hard it is when the person who is meant to be helping you, doesn't!:banghead:

BIG HUG to you all!!

i totally understand!!

I love my twins to bits....they are one of the most special things that have happened to me...but man i miss going out to the shops and meeting up with other mums!!

It's hard to travel out with 2 x 4mo's and a 2 year old toddler...Getting them in and out of the car without putting any of them in danger is a riddle in itself...

I'm a pretty social person..and loved going out with my toddler...but now with the twins...i've been stuck at home for 4 months...I only go out with them if my mum or my hubby is avail...and it's a bit unfair to them (esp to DH) when i make him come out with me EVERYWHERE on the weekends...he really should get a bit of rest too...

hehe...that's my vent for the day....

I dont want to think about what its going to be like when all 3 are running in different directions :( i think my anxiety levels will be through the roof :S
