Kaleeya? What's it like? Please let us know

I am due in march and am going to Kaleeya.. its a small hospital (96 beds in total) but its absolutely beautiful! I have my first antenatal appt on 27th!

When are u due?? I take it u live in the area then?

I didnt actually deliver at Kaleeya but I used to work there. I am actually pictured in the brochures (how embarrasing)

The hospital is fab and if I didnt live north of the river I would have gone there.

You will be really happy there. Its like staying in a 5 star hotel.

I'm having my bub at Kaleeya in late Dec/early Jan... So far it seems really good - you see midwives for most of your appointments and they have all been really nice, the one Ob I saw (you see one on your 2nd appt) was really nice too :thumbsup:

I haven't been on a tour of the labour ward yet, but we're going to one of their Birth Preparation classes on a Saturday in a few weeks so we'll check it all out then. Otherwise I think they run tours the first Monday of every month.
