Did you know the CYH Parent Helpline in South Australia is no longer available 24 hours a day??
It is now only open from 7.15am-9.15pm and after hours it diverts to HealthCare Direct - a strictly medical hotline that offers no support or advice on non-medical aspects of parenting (such as sleeping, settling etc).
A rally will be held in Hindmarsh Sq tomorrow JUNE 1 from 11am in support of reinstating the overnight service - many would say these hours are the most important! More details on the We Need Parent Helpline facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/We-need-Parent-Helpline/219182404778642)
There is also a petition we can all sign!
