...............
my BIL's brother had one about 5 years ago. He was pretty sore and sorry for about 2 weeks. It didn't have any effect on his sex life.
and my DH's uncle had one a few years back too.. same thing, sore for about the first week, uncomfortable for an extra one.
Hi
I'm genuinely asking why?
Kindest regards

I knew someone who had it done late in high school....he got it jammed in something and it got badly damaged. He said he was glad (at fate) and happy he had it done.

Hi, it can be done later to comply with beliefs of the partner or self. I have had a few older say about 18 yo's approx contact me regarding circumcision due to pain retracting. Generally non retraction and or painful sex, possibly not a good first experience.
The two main ones are: medical need and/or aesthetics; or perceived benefits, sexual and/or health. All are valid.
The key to a relatively painless circumcision lies in the bandaging. If properly and tightly bandaged and left for 48 hours, there is almost no pain. Feels like a paper cut for a few hours, then a slight dull ache. Loose bandaging allows for greater swelling and this puts tension on the sutures and they produce a sharp burning feeling.
The wound is fully healed and strong by 3 weeks and usually one can "go for it" without any fear of tearing. High dose Vit C (1000 mg slow release) taken the day before surgery and over the next two weeks helps in rapid and strong wound healing.
The first orgasm from intercourse is almost overwhelming! Good luck!

Rob that is so so interesting.
My DH is in agony but had no bandage at all!!!!
He is getting better now. Its mainly just the stitches that annoy him.
It was done last thursday.
I am going to book my son in. Thanks Circangel!
hope he feels better soon. :hugs:

Hi  sorry if this seems really random but if you remember could you possibly PM me after you have your son Circd. My DS needs to have it done for medical reasons he is 7 and we are terrified it will be really painful so we keep putting it off :(. I would really like to hear from another mum how it all went, recovery how their child reacted to it all as I dont know anyone else who has had to have their older son circd (I know a few who did it when their DS's were babies). Its such a hard decission to make and I am being a complete sook about it, my BF and her DH sat me and my DH down a few weeks ago and gave us a big lecture that if we dont do it soon we are going to cause him more harm and I know they are right but I am still struggling with booking him in :(
Sorry again if it sounds like a bizzare request, I hope you dont find it offensive
