not sure about disposables but you can get waterproof reusable modern cloth nappies for bubs to wear in the pool .... they don't absorb anything but are just basically to hold the poo in .... and have funky colours/prints too!
here is one link, i'm sure the cloth gurus here can point you in other directions

I bought a pack of the little swimmers today (small size 7-12kgs) and they are similar to the size of the crawler huggies and fit my 4 month old well.

You can buy some small padded pants (that pull on, and look like, padded swimwear bottoms) for babies... they're not waterproof...their job is to HOLD POO IN and not do much else. You can get plain ones, or patterned ones, and they're under $10 at Woolies/Big W (they come in a plastic bag - similar to the plastic on a pram's rain-cover). The pants have a drawstring to tighten them if necessary. I think the starting size is 3 months...and they go up from there (not sure what the largest size is).
DD used one last Summer...but I put a pair of NICE GIRLY togs of the top...with just that nappy-thing underneath.
They're washable, so easily re-used until they grow out of them.
