I am after some links for some good quality reusable breastpads that are reasonably priced.

Also I didn't start using the reusable pads till after Ozzy was 8 weeks or so, how many did you find you needed for the first couple of months?

Does 8 pairs sound like a reasonable estimate?

Yeah I have those ones but they are not super super absorbant so was thinking of getting maybe hemp! Though the cotton ones look nice but way out of my price range.

I like the Avent ones, but they def. weren't absorbant enough for the first month or so. I really needed disposables to start with, milk everywhere otherwise! Those hemp ones sound interesting, Oscar's Mum.

I used the Avent ones too, worked well for me. Luckily though I've never been a big leaker...

i used disposables for the first few months then i used a combo of avent and tomee tipee brands. the avent were good during the day and the tomee tipee ones were better at night.

I use the Avent ones - swear by them and soooooo cheap...I did use the disposables for first month as I had bought some pre birth and before I saw the reusable ones...but heck I could never afford to buy the disposables on a long term basis :D
