As far as I know the parenting payment does not change regardless of the number of children. It is payment for the adult and therefore is based on the income of the person and their partner. (as long as there is at least one child)
The family tax benefit will go up though. It is about $140 per child under 13.
Rent assistance is the same for 1 or 2 children, it won't go up until you have a third child.

thanks :)
now i want to know how my aunty has such a high PPP with her 6 kids
I have 6 kids, and get about $30 a week parenting payment, but as for family tax part A and B with rent assistance, and all the bits its about 1100 a fortnight, and we're on maximum rate for that, so its more than likely she gets so much because of the FTB part and and B.
you can find out payment rates etc from the centrelink site or the family assistance site
