Morning everyone!
We are working on some sort of 'self-esteem campaign' ... we want to help those with low self esteem and we want to encourage others to help make other people feel good.
What do you think of these names (imagine they are the name of a Facebook page - what would you think when you saw it?):
The Great Australian Happiness Drive
The Great Aussie Confidence Boost
The Great Aussie Confidence Campaign
Anyone out there think of something better??? Please ... any marketing geniuses?

Thanks!!
I take it you understand the word 'drive' in this context... like a lamington drive ...
was worried that it might conjure images of happy people on the great ocean road ...
mmm.... lamingtons ...
And when did they start costing $4 each!!!??? oh ... off topic, sorry.

Because of lamingtons?
It does seems like quite an aussie word ... I wonder if it is.

Thanks - yeah, it is a nicer word than 'push' and less business like than 'campaign'.
I like it too... just hope that it doesn't make people think of cars (don't mind if they think of lamingtons cos a 'lamington drive' is using the word in the same context.)
Sorry about all the lamington talk ... is getting close to lunch time her...

I know this is a little different from the current line of thinking, but how about something without the "drive/campaign" part in it, something like "Feeling Good Australia!" or "Feeling Good, Pass It On".
Just random thoughts that came to me :) Love the concept of it all!

Thanks - a good idea! We are truly just trying to get our heads around the concept so feel free to divert from the current line of thinking.
The title just has to be something that:
1. People will be happy to say they 'like' on facebook. No one much would click on something called 'improve your self esteem' cos then all their friends would know they have self-esteem
2. Something bigger than the Bub Hub. Cos this isn't just something we can do for other bub hubbers it is for everyone.
3. I forget what I was going to say for the third point ... :)

Good points!
How about something like "Proud to Be Me".... I see your point that it needs to be something empowering that people would be happy to have come up on their "walls" and to pass on to others...

I liked the drive thing, but it did make me thing of 1. the great ocean drive, and 2. lamingtons.
Now, I'm hungry for lamingtons (havent had lunch yet) and after reading CTS ideas, im kind of liking them too!
Do you want it to specifically be a campaign? Or an on going thing that you constantly add to...? Because i see a campaign/drive as something you only do for a certain time of year (ie, girl guides selling lamingtons just before they go to camp. :))
Does that make sense? I think i've confused myself.
But I really like this idea.
Would someone be running the FB page..? Maybe if you did it, you could give daily/weekly tips on self love, and self appreciation? Give little positive quotes etc...
Todays quote is... "A person who never made a mistake, never tried anything new"... - Alber Einstein.
Little bits and pieces like that would bring some inspritation to many people every day. :)
But you've probably got that all sussed out already though!!

That is a good suggestion too! Maybe not for the title cos it is also about helping boost others self esteem ... well, at this stage it is anyway ...
I like this though - we can certainly incorporate this somehow.
Sorry if i'm being vague...
Oh, and my points in the other post weren't to say that your suggestions didn't fit that criteria - they DID exactly! They were spot on and I just needed to clarify WHY they were spot on ... for those playing at home ...
If you've got any more suggestions for implementing this let me know.
At this stage I'm thinking about articles etc on Bub Hub as well as a dedicated Facebook page (which will be powered by BH, but separate too)

That makes perfect sense and is a good point. I wonder if it can be both ... like an ongoing thing with a drive element. Like how SIDS for Kids is an ongoing thing, but they have red nose day too... We could use the word 'drive' for the campaign, but might have to think of something else for the entire idea...

That is kinda what we were thinking - tips for boosting self esteem or tips for boosting others (although I hadn't thought about what sort of tips exactly - so the quotes idea is awesome - thanks!!).
I still haven't had a lamington ...

Why don't kids knock on my door selling lamington. I'm pretty sure that used to happen when I was a kid.
