Yes it's a few hundred dollars.
You def won't find anywhere on the coast that bulk bills

Looks like there are a couple in Southport. If you call any of them, I'm sure they will have names of other doctors in the area that also do it.
I don't think you will find any that bulk bill. Just ring around though - the price can vary substantially.
