Well i'm feeling very overwhelmed this morning. I just recieved my orders from theweewuns and Baby Beehinds! :smiliedance:
3 x pink Pea Pods that each come in a cute 2 sectioned bag.. one for the pocket nappy and the other for the tri-fold hemp and booster - the weewuns
2 x Bamboo Baby beehinds, one intensity pink and one natural.. 2x bamboo fold-ups and 2x boosters. I was also surprised to find the snap in bamboo and booster. What an awesome idea! So now i have more boosters and fold-ups then nappies.
Oh and i also recieved a lovely free bar of soap from Baby Beehinds (is that a hint :p)
I never thought i would get excited over nappies but saying that my stash is looking very very healthy :D

Yesterday was a great day for nappy washing - not so great today. The pea pods should dry today though.
It is overwhelming at first! And I know what you mean about having more boosters than napies but it does help especially in the wet weather.

that is an email to tell me my fluffy mail is on it's way.. it's only a wetbag but it means we can start going out with the greens on :D
I'm going to buy some peapods soon.. they look soooo good.
OH.. what size peapods did you get? I was thinking of getting medium because Cobes is 5.2kg so medium goes from 7kg and will last him longer.. but apparently thy're big sizes, right? so I should go small..

Well they washed and dryed in less than 4 hours, thanx to the clothes dryer :o Yeah i'm impatient but thats old news :D

Nikki I got medium for Ducky. If i were you, i would get the medium size for Cobes aswell. They are room-ey but you can also fold the top bit down like the greens IYKWIM. You'll get alot of time out of PeaPods instead of ordering a small only to find that in a few weeks you need a medium JMO. They are so cute, love 'em! The price is oh so lovely aswell. I'd say get a small :yes: My DD is around 10kg, maybe more, and wears a medium. I do hers up on the smallest setting. When I first got them she was over 8kg and I had to cross to top row of snaps over to get it to fit her...it still worked like that, just had a funny bumpy bit at the front :) She's quite tall tho, you wouldn't need to cross them over if bub was rounder.
Just had a thought...there is a few baby shops around that sell peapods, maybe you could go there and have a look at the difference between the sizes and then decide, maybe take one of the nappies you already have to compare the sizes to.

ooops like cwsmum said.. you can cross them over (not fold them down sorry) thats what i do with the Fuzzi Bunz aswell.
I have to admit.. he is.. umm.. rounder :laughing: (he's like his mummy, short and fat :p)
Maybe I'll buy one medium and one small and see how I go :D

That's probably a very good idea Nikki :D That way you'll know for sure without spending too much money if you want a few of them.

They are $13.95 at the moment for all sizes but the small and medium only come in pink, the large have a better colour range. When they get more in they will go up in price though to $17.95

ummm.. welllll.. she's got on a BB now so it's her first dose of it. She's pretty dry as it's been on for a good 3 hours so no leakage yet! :laughing: umm.. they are very soft, the long snap in bamboo insert is very long (maybe too long) and im not sure if im doing something wrong (help someone?), they look very cute hehe what else ? ermm.. can't say much more until another few wears sorry hon.

Karnifool - when I got my first lot of BB's she added the soap aswell. It's soooooooo beautiful!
Plus, she had to resend a couple of things, so each time she gave me a freebee of bamboo foldups:thumbsup:

If it's the same as the bb's hemp, I usually fold it twice. So snap it in, fold it back on itself, then fold it back again (ifkwim!). With the small snap in it gives it 4 layers.

hmm.. it's long but not that long.. it reaches the full length on the nappy then there's an extra say quarter length of the nappy IYKWIM.
I'm still waiting on all my fluffy mail:crying: - 11 nappies in total and a wetbag!:(
