SMA formula

hi does any one out there use SMA formula i am just woundering and would love to hear what people think of it and did anyones bub have any reaction to it??

I used SMA from the time I put DD on formula (about 6 or 8 weeks) till around 15 months. DD had no reaction to it. She had lost weight and my CHN had mentioned SMA and one other as being good - when I got to the store I was so confused by all the different types (such as S26, S26 Gold, S26 AH??) and also realised SMA was way cheaper, so I grabbed it and never needed to change it.

I've been told at various times that SMA is an older formulation, or that it is "heavy" and usually only used for bubs that aren't being filled up on regular formula.
