Ok girls (and boys)! It seems Brisbane and Sydney are organising a meet for Sept 25. Are we going to make this a tri-state party?
There was a brief suggestion of Kings Park as a venue. I'm not that familiar with it so I'm not sure where would be good other than the Western Power Parklands, but not sure if they have bbq, if anyone even wants to go that route. I'm quite happy with a cold picnic brunch.
I could spend a few hours in the late morning. Anyone going to meet me there?

Aww, drat Lu. Good luck with the move though, I know how painful that can be. We have to pack up again soon for Melbourne. I keep putting all the packing off

I am interested in getting a young mums group together (up to 25 yrs) with any age kids wanting to meet during the week, mainly on mondays and tuesdays. probably easiest to meet up in parks etc (rather than hiring a hall/playgroup)
any takers???
most probably north of the river
also i am 21 with a 8 1/2 month old boy
i think it's very important to help provide support and a open ear for people struggling with the same issues (like work, finishing school, boyfriends, social life)
peace
