Hi everyone !

First of all I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a GP in Wagga? I thought I would start a generic thread about it in case anyone was looking for similar things or could recommend other services.

I'll be moving to Wagga in a couple of months as DH has just gone into the RAAF. We won't be down there for long but I will be having my first baby in that time so I need to familiarise myself with the services that are around.

I've already called the hospital (public) and set myself up in the system there, but will probably need a good GP for other things.

Thanks!

Dr Jane Goddard at the Kooringal medical centre is really great for both big and little people. She doesnt bulk bill though except for under 16s, VA card and pension card holders. If you are coming down with the RAAF the local DCO (Defence Community Organisation) office is well worth getting in touch with, they do all kinds of things for families, and also things for mums like help with courses, info about services etc.

Are they giving you a place at Forest Hill?

Hope you enjoy Wagga, crisp down here right now but we've been getting gloriously sunny days.
