I am fully breastfeeding my 12 week old son who had a blocked nose and little cold a week ago. His poo changed from nice thick yellow to runny green(maybe from swallowing all that mucus?). I know the colour is not an issue for breastfed babes but his nappy has poo every time i change it and it is watery and there are no lumps in it anymore. It has been like this for two weeks now and I'm a bit worried he might have an upset tum. He has gone from feeding twice at night (12am, 4am) to waking every one to two hours and after a big cry and 30 seconds of sucking does a big runny poo and goes back to sleep. He also cries in his sleep. Is this normal? All the books I've read just say that it's normal for babes to not poo for days at a time but poo in every nappy seems a little to much for me. DH thinks he's allergic to my milk but that's rediculous. Isn't it? Any advice would be great as I'm thinking about weaning him if the situation doesn't improve...
