DS LOVES avocado. The child would eat anything if I mashed it in with avo.- I guess what I want to know is how much avocado can they have - I know its quite rich - is it just a case of everything in moderation??

I know avo is really good as a first solid food, and yeah, just like everything, it needs to be eaten in moderation
