Hi there,
my name's Keelie. I posted on this site aaages ago. I'm 21 with an adorable 2 year old girl called kayleigh and an 8 month old boy called Keifer.
I'm near Preston but my family are very much city people as we both work in the city (I work about 10 hours a week, part time) and we just like the atmosphere. We don't really have any family or friends close by who have children (or kids their age) but it is so vital for a toddler to play with other kids to develop their social skills. Are there any mums down my side of town or who are in/near more inner city areas? We also take public transport as opposed to driving so while we are happy to meet people places outside our own suburban area, it would be nice for others to consider the travel times we would have to endure if they ask us to meet places further out or a great distance from a train station/bus stop/tram stop.
It would also be great to meet some mums my own age, I thought I was the only one.:)
