What size nappy is your 2 month old

My ds is in infant huggies nappies but they have been leaking above his bottom.I am thinking he needs to go up an extra size:confused: .So what size nappy is your 2 month old in?Should i be going up a size he weighs roughly 5kg.

At 2 months savannah was just outgrowing newborn disposables... she was 5.2kg tho so amazed she lasted in themso long. Shes almost 3 months now but doesnt where disposables, only wore them initially as we had a few boxes given to us :)

my ds was in infant size for ages. he outgrew newborn ones so fast lol we still have some left over from when he was a newborn lol

id got up a size, I had to do the same thing with my DD

We had the same problem and every time he had a wet nappy we had to change all his clothes too! Finally when we took him for his 2 month check up we realised that he was 5kg and moved him to the infant huggies nappies for boys and we haven't had one leak! woo hoo to less washing!

Cobey's 5.2kg and in Infants, no leaky problems yet :)

Our DS was in newborn til he was about 8 weeks then went to infant. we found he would sometimes leak out the back and sides if his penis was not directed straight down when putting the nappy on, no matter what size the nappy. So we had to do one side up,sneek a hand in the other side and point him straight down in the middle and then do the other side up. Also make sure the tabs are right down his sides when you do it up. It may sound silly.....you may be doing all of this already but after having a girl I thought you might not have been aware. Blake actually wets out the side but it runs to the back.

yeh i put his down but it actually came up his bottum.Havnt had anymore leaks but have a few more infant size nappies left will be going up a size soon.

my daughter at 2 months was in newborns she is now 15months and has gone into crawlers shes, walking and running and for her hight and that shes meant to b in toddlers but they are just to big for her so shes in crawlers still. but every baby is different.
