I was wondering if anyone was interested in comming to this as a meet up..

It's at the Exhibition Centre. Bubhub will be having a stand there, so you'll probably meet a few mods if you go. :thumbsup: I know I'll be there, and so will Martha.

I'm going on the friday with SIL, Sat with my mum and then will be popping in on sunday with DP lmao..... so any day i can meet up for a bit with anyone thats going!! :D

The Exhibition center is across the road from Crown Casino on the Spencer Street exit. I hope this helps

Do you think you'll be able to make it? If so what day is best for you, from the people so far that I have spoken to about this Sat is best for everyone, but I am happy to go both or all three days just to meet more people... hehe

It was named Jeff's shed because Jeff Kennet (former Premier of Victoria) had it built and it looks like a giant colourbond shed :laughing:

I spoke to my DH about the expo and he is happy to go. We can make it on the sat or sun but sat would probably be best :)

I'll check this thread closer to the date to see which day everyone has chosen.

Normally i would be there with bells on but i have a wedding that is Friday to Sunday !! :eek: DH and i are using the opportunity to class it as a "holiday"

I know I chose Sat but I couldn't work out how to make it a multiple option, at the end of the day I can attend any of these days but Saturday will be best..

Great idea!!!!

Would love to meet you all there what ever day is best for all. Saturday is probably the easiest personally for myself as i may have a 5th b'day party on the Sunday (just waiting for confirmation) and on the friday I wouldn't personally like travelling to and from the city on a work day.

I originally voted for Saturday, as i thought i would have a b'Day party on the Sunday. I have just received the invite and itis actually going to be on the Saturday o Sat no longer works for me.

My next preference would be the Friday.

Friday suit me as i have a wedding on saturday and work on the Sunday i am also going with another bub hub member so that two votes for us on the friday.

Icugal- What a shame that your not going on the Friday would of love to compare belly's as we are due the same day.

Should we meet outside at the tram stop and then we can all make our way in how about about 11 or 12. we could get some lunch there as well if they have the facilities...

We are going on the saturday but not sure what time yet. I was just planning to head to the bubhub stand inside and see who was about.
Because I will have my DH with me I won't arrange to meet for lunch, it will be more a case of just swinging past to say Hi. Unfortunately he is one of those guys who would find all our ladies chit chat extremley boring (no offence intended). Too bad there isn't a car show on at the same time as I would be able to send him there for a couple of hours! :laughing:

It would be great to meet some of you. I will be there Friday, its just the easiest as DD1 will be in school so I dont feel like Im dragging her around the expo. DP works weekends sooo cant leave her at home. Will keep an ear to the ground :)

lol nope not working there, been going to this since I was preg in 02, went once in 02, twice in 03, twice in 04, three times in 05.... so might as well go 3 times this year... each day theres things I missed the first day and.. well I tend to spend a lot of money there lmao and cant carry it all (not even with the pram to help...)

CANT WAIT :D

I will have Savannah with me thats it, I wouldnt bore the kids that much by taking them lol already enlisted some grandparent-sitters lol

wheres everyone meeting on friday, SIL and I are going and will have our two little bubs (who will be best friends as they're born 2 weeks apart hehe) with us. We will be there around 10am until about 2pm I think :)

anyone there on saturday I'll be there 10-2ish again and then Sunday 11 - 1 just a quick trip lol so if anyone wantst o meet during those times let me know :D

Saturday I'll be there kidfree and sunday I'll have Bella :D

And have bubhub ribbons on my pram and nappy bag...... but saturday ill be harder to find with no pram OR nappy bag lol

I went today :D It was brilliant as ALWAYS! Popped by the bubhub stand and had my ribbons on the front of my pram and nappy bag all day lol

I spent sooo much money.. subsribed to 4 magazines, goody bags, johnsons and johnsons products, bummis wetbag and cover, few tins of s26 toddler, take and toss sippy cups... i cant remember what else i bought, so much... and ive got my list of things im getting tomorrow when i got back lmao

Lots of freebies as always too! Always good hehe

Tomorrow I'll have a 'surrogate' baby with me... I'm going with my friend trace and her two kids Zachariah and Jayde... so jayde will be my baby for the day as my kids are going to 'nanny and grandads' hehe :D

Cant wait to go back tomorrow, hope to meet some more bh mummies! :D

Gald everyone had a fun day. I had a few hours there at the stand (caught up with some of you, missed you though charmaine!). Hamish was a bit needy so I borrowed a hip carrier from one of the exhibitors and I loved it so much, I went back and bought it! He even had a sleep in it, which he hasn't done (slept in my arms) for months. Legs are a little weary now-I think I need more chocolate before bed to help me recover :rolleyes: .

Well I was there all day Friday and a couple of hours today. I met quite a lot of mums who said "oh yes, I'm on that site" and then walked away without introducing themselves! So come on - 'fess up - who else was there?!

Charmzy! FOUR magazines?! :no: Deary me.... nice to see you again though - and again today! I grabbed lots of samples too - they're always great for travelling.

Scout - it's well worth going! Make sure you drop by the stand and say hello, we're just behind the Woolworths one right on the right hand side wall. Aisle J, stall 18.

There are atms just as you enter the exhibition building :thumbsup:

when iw as there there was a long line so if you have the kiddies be better to go to an atm on the way and pull money out.
