Prem Picture Book

I'm not sure if this in the right section but I'm looking for a picture book for my godson who is three he has a new baby sister who was born at 30 weeks. I need a picture book that will help him understand what is going on with his family right now, as he is having a bit of a hard time :(

u could always make one. use pictures of his sis and explain in an age appropriate way. how old is he? if hes around 3 maybe write something along the lines of.. how mums tummy looks after the baby inside and gives special baby food but the baby came too meet everyone a bit soon so now she is in the hospital and the doctors and nurses look after her and special machines give her...and so on.
