hi all,
just need some advice for ladies preg after mc
well i got the news that i am pregnant yeterday and will go to docs on wed to confirm it, but i am just feeling like at the moment its not real, i have done several tests just to be sure.
my first preg was a breeze no bleeding etc, i then fell preg again in june and it just didnt feel right i then mc in july, i have since found out preg again but dont want to get excited for the fear of mc, i think of it as hey you usually only ever have one and its so common and that makes me feel good that i will go full term, then there is the other part that sees many women having multiply mcs:thumbsdown: .
so im just so mixed up with dd i was sick full on then 2 not sick at all so im hoping that this time im sick again so at least i feel its going on the right track as silly as that sounds, i just want to tell everyone but am scared in case i mc again and i dont want people to feel sorry for me.
anyway just needed to let my feeling out, i am just hoping and praying this time its for keeps.

I'm sorry about your mc. Try and think positive thoughts and stay busy to keep your mind off your worries. Also, just because you had certain symptoms with one pregnancy, doesn't mean you will have the same with a subsequent pregnancy. Sometimes the gender of the baby, your hormones, or any other things can mean you have completely different symptoms. So try not to freak out if you don't get sick this time.
A friend of mine was hospitalised due to m/s with her first baby, the second one she had mild sickness for about 2 weeks and that was it. Good luck and I truly hope this little baby is here to stay. :)
I don't really have any advice but I will say that I too am worried and nervous etc.. and I haven't had a mc before but I'm scared that because
I got pg as soon as I had my IUD out that something will be wrong.
I know it doesn't help but try not to worry too much, you are not alone and I feel sick worrying at the moment, I think we'll both feel better when we have been to the doctors.
:hugs: to you and lots of sticky baby dust.:fingerscrossed:

I feel excatly the same way, about everything here. I think im pregnant.... just gut feeling... would only be 3 weeks and 2 days, i know im jumping the gun, but i just have this feeling. But i also have a feeling everything is going to be good..... i cant wait to have full on m/s as i didn't have it last time. One thing, you can ask the Dr to monitor your HCG levels, will may help reasure you early on. Good luck and i hope it all goes smoothly for you
