i have a bubba moe sling
i like it because its simple to use and to can change sizes so my hubby can use it too!! you can use it up to 20kgs wich is handy, what i really love though is the fact a can breast feed with it on walking around in public and no one can tell ( have givin a few ppl a scare when they poped in for a peek!)
ohh and they have a great colour selection

I recommend the HUGABUB. You can put it in all sorts of positions and can use it until they are toddlers. It doesnt hurt your back either. Its a bit expensive but worth it, we use ours everyday and havent used the pram since we bought it. We got it from babies galore, The website lists other stores or you can order on the internet. http://www.hugabub.com/
I highly recommend the ergo baby carrier - it is a pouch but when the baby is a newborn they lie in it like a sling so there is no pressure on their hips, then when they are older you can wear them on your back - until they are 4 or 5 years old. Because it has a hip band it doesn't kill your back. (I had a baby bjorn for the first 6 months with each and would never go back to it after trying the ergo). Check out www.carryingaway.com.au for an Australian distributer or the site www.ergobabycarrier.com to see them.

For shopping I use the chickadee sling (off ebay). It folds up so small!
Next sling I'm getting is a baba sling. So comfy!
I love the Bubba Lugga slings. They're in funky tie dye batik fabric, in lots of colours.
Pretty comfy too with a padded shoulder.
I'm got a chickadee from ebay, the ring-sling type.. mainly because it's a 'one size fits all' kinda thing and my husband and I are different shapes. Also if I want it to last for as long as the bubsicle, I might change size myself :D

I realy ike my peanut shell, its a pouch type made out of microfibre and looks really cute and comfortable too.. dd loves it and I wear it quite a lot in the house if she needs settling. Another good thing about it is that it is one-piece and really light and easy to put on, so I quite often just pop it into my handbag even if I am taking dd out in her stroller, just incase she becomes unsettled
I bought one from ebay one that goes over the shoulder. if you are a good sewer you can make one yoursellf. I actualy had 2 of the front pouch type one's for my son but got this as I too got sore backs. And being realistic I got it in my size as my husband never reall used the other one.
I know the baby's look uncomfortable but a I have been using it for 8 weeks now and she just loves it. She sleeps every time I use it. Great for sjopping as I have a 2 year old and need to have hands free to look after him.

We have a Kapoochi carrier which was good when E was tiny but it kills now he is a whopping 11kilos. I bought a great hugabub sling from Lunar here on bub hub. It was a bargain and is brilliant. Dh wants to wear it all the time and E loves being in it, he is so heavy and you don't even feel him in it as it supports all his weight.
Give her a PM:thumbsup:

Yep, Lunar makes great hugabubs- I was going to buy one off her but then I found my original one :smiliedance: and so now I don't need to (sorry Lunar!).
HUGABUBS ARE THE BEST!!! Right up to when they weigh heaps but you still need your hands free! I've tried Kapoochi, B. Biorn, all the mainstream ones and hugabubs are awsome.
Check out www.hugabub.com I think I did that link right...

I have to agree with Draught and recommend the ERGO!! It makes my
toddler feel light as a feather!
I also have a ring sling, but found it wasn't so good for a toddler... I could only manage to use it for half an hour or so before I was in pain!
That's why I bought the Ergo!
