What can I make with Cabbage?

I'm not a huge fan of cabbage...unless its Chinese Cabbage which I love...anyway we have normal cabbage and will always get lots of it as MIL grows veges. So does anyone have any yummy cabbage recipes for me to give a go??

Chow mein :yes:
Buy the sauce packet mix from the supermarket, I think it's Continental~Chow Mein. Fry onions and mince, add the water and sauce power, then the cabbage and I add brocolli too. Add about 4 tablespoons of Soy Sauce Simmer it down till nice and soft. Add peas and corn simmer until thier cooked.
Serve with rice. It is a favorite here. Everyone I have ever served it to has loved it :thumbsup: Very nice
