I know most paed's have a ridiculous waiting time and I'm contemplating taking my daughter to PMH today if I can't find a paed to see before October...

Any information would be appreciated.

9 month old daughter has been refusing solids for 2 months and has been dropping off her formula intake the same time. Also last 4 days has been screaming until blue everytime I try to give her a bottle. Only taking 100mls max at a time. Morning nappies after 10 hrs are hardly wet and the Dr's at Joondalup ED Paed unit told me food drop is due to teething... 2 months? I don't think so!

Any advice would be fantastic aswell!

Cheers

Dr Porter at joondalup is ex PMH. He had a good reputation while he was there, but I have never worked with him personally.

Hey ladies, thanks very much. I have been to yet another Dr today and told to get a urine sample. I have an appointment with Dr. David roberts at Joondalup on monday. Hoping he is good.

Can't believe how much she is sleeping. 2nd sleep of the day after hardly any food or fluid. She has never slept this much in her life...

Opaque - you're right, it is hell scary being a mum. No one ever tells you about the worry... or the total extent of it anyway.

Hope Monday comes around quickly!!! If she gets worse or you're stressing take her to hosp. Better to look like a silly mum than risk anything happening...
