View Full Version : Can you get pregnant after day 14?

Hi im wondering if you can get pregnant after day 14. The other nite my partner and I were 2gether and the condom broke (sorry for the details) and it was day 19 of the cycle. Can you get pregnant during that time? I a bit concerned because our wedding is next March and I dont particularly want to be pg at that time. If it happened I would be happy though. Can anyone help me with this question?

Hi

I think it all depends on how well you know your cycle, when you ovulate, so i'm not sure, one of the other girls might have a better idea than me!

I think you can, depending on when you ovulate, some people ovulate on day 14 and some people dont. For me it is day 10. But i was reading that you can even get pregnant during AF (hmmmmmm - I wouldnt want to go there) but who knows?? Like mentioned in the previous post, it would be hard to say as you would need to know your cycle to know when you are ov

Yes you can. For 2 of my last 3 cycles i have ovulated on day 20. On this cycle i ovulated on day 17.
How long are your cycles usually? Ovulation usually takes place 14 days(though not always) before you get your period. So if you know when you are due, count back 14 days and see. Hope that helps!

I Ovulate on about day 16-18......but I have 30-32 day cycles......

I ovulate after day 19 or so with a 30 - 32 day cycle. I am currently waiting for this :)

Yes ABSOLUTELY!!! When i fell preggers with ds we worked out that i must have ovulated a day or 2 before my period was due, as it took a couple of weeks longer to show up & the ultrasound edd was 2 weeks after my dates edd!!!

Why not i was about that or more after the period when i feel preg with this one
(counted 7 days forward from first day of last period) then counted 14 was exsact lol ;)

with 2 of my children I got pregnant by having sex the day my period was finished. (it had to be then cos it was the only time we did it before I found out as I get sick almost instantly) Then with the one I am pregnant with now The only time was three days before my period was due. I give up trying to figure out my body.
