Hello,
I've completed my doula training through Dr. Christine Vose at Optimum Birth, and I need to attend three births before I can register on the national doula register of Australia.
I am a mother to two children, and have had an emergency caesarean, and then a water VBAC. I'm also pregnant with my third child, due in late May, so I am only available up until mid-April, but would love to be able to register before my baby is born.
As a student, I am free of charge, but I'm currently only available in my area (I live in Carrum Downs, so any home birth in the area, or mothers birthing at Frankston Hospital is ideal).
My passion is in supporting women in having a VBAC, and in helping all women to have a positive birth experience, whatever way they choose to birth their babies. I'm there to support you and your other support people, physically and emotionally, as well as by offering unbiased, balanced informational support as required.
