Ok, so I want to do an apricot lamb roast for dinner.
I did a bit of a google and all the recipes are for a boneless lamb shoulder.
The roast I will be getting with have the bone in....so I am just wondering if you have any ideas to make it as apricotie as possible.
I would assume make a sort of glaze with a can of apricots spices etc and then just keep basting while it cooks?
Any ideas appreciated.
