Morning sickness suddenly stop - Slightly freaking out here!!!

Hi ladies, really hoping you can help me here :fingerscrossed:

For the last 4wks I have had REALLY bad m/s. No vomiting but feeling like I am going to at any moment, 24/7 :( Then I wake up this morning its all gone? Only the slightest little bit of nausea? I am 9wks and 5days.

With my last pregnancy my m/s went from wk 5 to wk 15 and was 24/7 as well. This pregnancy is twins so I was sure it would last just as long if not longer.

Has anyone had there m/s suddenly stop like this and it all be ok? I have 4 wks till my next doc app.

So I don't know if I am just freaking out over nothing but I have only heard bad stories when ladies m/s suddenly stops :(

I had that with Dd last pregnancy!

Sadly it came back the next week!

I don't know why, it how it happens, but it isn't any reason for concern. Just enjoy it and hope it stays away!
