Baby poop question!

I posted here last week about my DD having a fever. It lasted about 2.5 days and then went away but since then she has had the grossest nappies! Smelly (like more then usual!), runny, mucousy and varying in colour from clearish, yellow and green. And ALOT of them. There was 1 day where every nappy was pooey, but mostly about 3 a day. I know all bubs are different and all poos are usually normal but just worried about how much is there! She is BF (9 months old) and on a bit of solids but hasn't been into them lately. Haven't been eating anything different either, and I can tell which nappys are her food coming out coz they are a bit chunkier and look like what went in! Is it possible this is gastro? I'm worried about her losing weight she is already tiny!

Is she teething? Dd poos are feral when she is teething.

She could be, I mean she is 9 months with no teeth so hoping for one soon lol. She does have nappy rash too so that's a definite possibility!

Sounds like it dd only ever gets nappy rash when she is teething. It's horrible poor things.
