fast heartbeat

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and for the last 2 weeks I have a a fast heartbeat. I had a 24hr monitor and it showed my heartbeat was at 70 to 130 beats per minute. Now I do have anxiety and panic attacks to explain the 130bpm, but sometimes I'll be relaxed and not anxious and it goes at about 100bpm. My Doc sent me for an echo but I won't get the results for 2 weeks. I was told by another doctor that it's entirely normal for you heart to beat faster in pregnancy. The monitor results showed that my heart was beating normally, just sometimes fast, and my cardiogram was totally normal too.
I'm just wondering if any else has experienced this in pregnancy?
Oh, and my thyroid has been checked and is normal

I had a faster heart beat in pregnancy too, as far as i know it's pretty normal!

hey thanks! good to hear I'm not the only one! My ob keeps freaking me out, he said 'heart failure' yesterday, though my DF reckons he was only joking!
