Hi Ladies,

Can I trouble you all to take some time to help me out!? As a new mummy my brain is totally fried and I can no longer make decisions.

I'm placing an ad in the yellow pages which will be the 3rd biggest on the page in full colour so I want to get it right. The heading has to draw the eye within 10 seconds, the content will be supplementary but the heading is KEY.

I'm a mortgage broker, and It is going under M for Mortgage Broker. But when you look up, or if you ever shopped for a home loan or a mortgage broker, lets assume you are flicking to page Mortgage in your yellow pages, what heading is going to draw you in, what NEED do I need to meet to get you to call me, what is the key thing you want from me? That's what I'm confused about. Because from my end I have this to offer

Quick approval
Easy approval
Approval of your home loan
Free Service
Qualified/accredited
Award winning
Local
A decade of experience
Over 20 lenders with one stop
Low rate home loans
Low fee home loans

Which are the top three in your mind??

It would help me SOO much if you respond! THANK YOU !!! :cheerleader1::yelclap:

Who are your clients - who do you WANT as your clients?

I think first home buyers and low income earners/buyers with a low deposit (basically anyone who is a bit nervous that they may not be approved!) are more likely to be drawn in by 'quick approval', 'easy approval' and 'free service'.

More experienced buyers, or for those who money is not such as issue, maybe 'qualified', 'award winning', 'experienced'.

So who do you want as your clients ? :)

half my clients are first home buyers and half are 2nd home or investor buyers so that's a good question! Probably why I'm beside myself on who to draw in! Investors I guess as they are less work but I do love my nervous little first home buyers!!!

The feedback so far is great, keep it coming as I will rate the best ones!

I was recently a first home buyer and straight away I was attracted to *Qualified* *Fast Approval* & *Decade of experience* - this to me covers a lot of bases. It means to me that I am with a trusted person who won't take forever to give me an answer and they know what they're doing as they have been doing this for a long time! If it helps you at all, not only was I a first home buyer but I've worked in the finance industry for banks, managed fund companies and brokers for approx 10 years so I knew what appealed to me when I went hunting :-)
